Newest Kids Black Belt Club Invitees!

Congratulations to the newest members of the Kids Black Belt Club (L to R) :

- Austin Enos (11)

- Tristan Ruddell (10)

- Jackson Eckler (10)

- Ashton Ruddell (

- Callen Macfarlane (7)

- Mason Scroggins (7)

This group of kids will bring a STRONG work ethic to the room. They have all worked extremely hard to be invited to join this elite group. They are the students who don’t miss class, put in the extra work, and are the first to raise their hands when a question is presented to the class.

Austin shows up and puts in the work. His focus has improved tremendously, and he’s as gritty as they come. He’s calm during victory and defeat.

Tristan is highly coachable and polite and aims to please. He’s a great teammate and has improved his focus and fundamentals dramatically. He and his brother Ashton recently signed up for our Summer Camp in June and are in for an additional 30 hours of combat sports training aside from their regular classes!

Jaxon is determined to outwork everyone in the room. He’s the first to ask teammates standing against the wall if they want to drill before class. He shakes off occasional defeats well and gets back to work. He keeps closing the gap against teammates who once dominated him during sparring. The repetitions and dedication are working!

Tristan’s younger brother, Ashton, is kind and fearless. He charges ahead, does whatever is expected of him, and does not take constructive criticism personally. He’s there to learn and evolve and always shows up to win!

Callen will join his older brothers, Hudson and Jase, in the Kids Black Belt Club. Callen has greatly improved focus and developed a positive/coachable mindset. He has learned to deal with adversity, stay resilient, and keep fighting.

Mason is joining his older sister, Caroline, in his new class. He has learned to control his emotions and stay calm during the fray. He’s very dynamic and aggressive and is determined to outwork the competition.

Well done, sirs! We are proud of your hard work and are excited to have you as a part of the Black Belt Club!
